Ricki is an AI-powered hub for production teams, made by Ricki Labs. This page explains what we collect, how it's used, and the controls you have.

What we collect

Google user data

If you connect Google, Ricki asks for the minimum access it needs — two narrow permissions, each optional and separate:

Ricki's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meeting transcription

Productions can have a notetaker bot join video meetings to transcribe them for the team. The bot appears as a named participant and can be declined at the door. Meetings marked private are never transcribed.

How data is used

To run the product: showing your team what's in motion, answering questions from your production's own data, and sending product emails such as invites, sign-in links, and reminders. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.

Who we share data with

Inside Ricki, the people in your production workspace can see your team's content, according to their role.

We never sell your data, and nobody on this list is allowed to use it for anything except running Ricki.

Ricki runs on a small set of service providers, and each one only touches what its job requires:

Retention and deletion

Your production's content — rundowns, scripts, requests, meetings, notes, meeting links, and transcripts — stays as long as your workspace is active, so your team's record stays whole.

Google data has its own rules:

To delete your account or your workspace's data, email us and we'll remove it: ricki@rickilabs.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll note the new date at the top of this page.
